Outlook Web Access - Log In

After entering the SNMail website (snmail.co.uk) you will need to click on the "Log in to Web Mail" option/button.  You will then be presented with this screen:

You then need to enter information and make your "log in" choices:

• Domain\user name:
  In the Domain\user name bar, enter your full email account along with the domain name (i.e. example@snmail.co.uk)
   

• Password:
  In the password bar enter your password
   

• Client:
  Please select the appropriate radio button option, based on your connection speed.

  • Premium - designed for users with broadband internet access (e.g. ADSL);

  • Basic - designed for users with narrowband internet access (e.g. dial-up);
     

• Security:
  Please select the appropriate radio button option.

  • Public or shared computer - designed for use from internet cafe's and hotels;

  • Private computer - designed for your own personal stand alone computer;

After you have entered your email account and password and have selected the options click the "Log On" button which would then take you through to your account. If you do type in the wrong password the below screen would appear asking to re-type your user name and password, as shown in the graphic below. Follow the steps above making sure the domain\user name and password are correct.
