did not reach the following recipient(s):

This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full. Create a shorter message body or remove attachments and try sending it again.
<{Issuing Server} #5.2.3 smtp;450 5.2.3 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host>

Explanation:
This non-delivery report provides the relevant information about the email and the error which has occurred.  The {Issuing Server} is not always the server that the error has occurred at but rather the server that issued the error message to the 'Sender'.

The phrase "This message is larger than the current system limit or the recipient's mailbox is full." indicates the cause.  The error is self explanatory, however the size limit of attachments permitted or the size of the mailbox varies with each service provider.  The SNMail email servers do not limit the size of attachments, however if the mailbox size exceeds 1.25Gb (5 times the mailbox limit of 250Mb) then emails will be rejected.

Conclusion & Action Required:
The sender should enquire as to the limit of the recipients service provider and reduce the size of the attachment to the specified limit.  Alternatively if the attachment is within the specified limit, then make sure that the recipient has enough space in the mailbox to receive the email.

The recipient should ensure that the mailbox is within the size limit of their service provider.  Commonly users forget to empty their deleted items folder within their web mail interface, this is therefore a good place to start.
